Functional Description

Air dryer/purifiers enable you to cost effectively produce instrument grade air from your existing compressed air supply. Compressed air is pre-filtered to remove all suspended liquids and particles >0.01micron and non-methane hydrocarbons >0.01ppm. Moisture removal is achieved using pressure swing absorption with a molecular sieve. An after filter ensures dust-free, clean, dry air. Water vapor is trapped and vented during the production cycle and purified gas is available on demand. The molecular sieve regenerates during production and does not require regular replacement.
