The AirGen A120DR has been tested by World Leading Laboratory Instruments Manufacturers. The A120DR has been designed specifically to supply compressed air to your Peak Nitrogen Generator, offering a maximum of 90l/min of dry, clean compressed air at up to 120 psi. This highly sophisticated AirGen features dual redundancy air compressors, resulting in uninterrupted supply of gas and therefore 100% LC/MS uptime even if one of the compressors failed. New robust design and the use of quality components further lengthen the lifetime of the compressors with even less maintenance requirements.
The intelligent PLC offers integrated self diagnostics which will alert the user if a fault or leak has been detected, service is required and aid remote fault finding resulting in further minimizing downtime. The High Standards at Peak Scientific make this not only the most sophisticated gas generator on the market, but also the most reliable and intelligent solution for your gas requirements. Specifically designed to supply dry, clean compressed air to Peak Scientific Nitrogen Generator Models NM30L and NM20Z.

Tandem Solution: NM20Z and In-house Gas Supply
The NM20Z, delivering high purity nitrogen and zero air, is the ideal solution for smaller laboratories. The NM20Z is small in size and is wall-mountable, producing a clean, dry, phthalate-free nitrogen as your curtain gas, and zero grade air for your source gas and exhaust gas.
The NM20Z is easy to install and requires virtually no attention once operational. Producing gas on demand, this system will eliminate the need to purchase and move cylinders and therefore put an end to operator error and ever-increasing gas costs. In addition to these savings, the NM20Z hardly requires any maintenance and will provide long-term stability by eradicating the risk of gas shortages in your lab. It can either be connected to your in-house supply of dry, compressed air or to Peak Scientifics’ AirGen A320DR.
With the AirGen A320DR being designed to supply dry, compressed air to the NM20Z, this tandem solution will be the answer to your gas requirements. Operating on a dual redundancy compressor system, the AirGen A320DR ensures continuous service—eliminating interruptions of analysis in your laboratory. The AirGen gives you the flexibility to have your air supply in a different location than your wall-mountable NM20Z.
Immediate performance
The NM20Z Gas Station is easy to install and simple to use. It is suitable for all API models up to and including the API 5000™ LC/MS/MS System, as well as the QSTAR® and Q TRAP®systems.
