The generator has been specifically designed to operate TOC-Analysers, producing the required flow rates, purities &
pressures to cater for NDIR, NPOC and TC-IC applications.

The SC-TOC-A from PEAK Scientific Instruments is the only TOC Generator on the market today, featuring an internal
air compressor, therefore providing a stand-alone solution, independent from external air sources for TOC Analysers.

The generator operates on the principle of catalytic oxidation to effectively remove hydrocarbon (as CH₄) to less than
0.1pp, while “Pressure Swing Absorption” technology reduces the moisture content of the gas to -70ºC dew point (2.5ppm
@ ATP).

The SC-TOC-A is designed as a “Plug & Play” system and can be easily installed by the end user. OSGS have qualified
engineers that are available to install the generator if it is not being installed adjacent to your analyser.
